Q: Why does the billing recipient indicate Nippon Shoseki Hanbai Inc.?
A: It will appear as Nippon Shoseki Hanbai Inc. on customer's bill after purchasing at is operated by Nippon Shoseki Hanbai Inc. 

Q: How do I get a receipt?
A: Customers can look through the purchase details on their account page and print out the receipt. (Since there are situations where we ship items from various warehouses at the same time, the settlement details are managed through customer's account page.)

Q: Which credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept credit cards of Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. 

Q: Is it possible to pay by check or money order?
A: We do not accept check or money order payment at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Q: What should I do if my credit card number changed?
A: is encrypted and safely manages customer's credit card information. Ever since the security policy of has changed, customer's credit card information is not recorded or retained for any purpose. For this reason, we kindly ask all customers to fill in their credit card information for each order they make. Furthermore, if customers make any changes to their personal information, those changes are not automatically reflected to the current order. In order to reflect the most updated information on an existing order, please contact us by phone or e-mail.    

Q: I cannot place an order due to some issues with my credit card information.  
A: Once we receive your order, we verify customer's credit card information. A message will appear if customers type in the wrong credit card number, expiration date, or have an excess limit amount on their card.
