Q: Fujisan-us.com handles what kind of items?
A: We handle most Japanese books and magazines. Also, we handle Japanese cosmetics, medicine, supplement, household items, electronic dictionary, kotatsu, and baby goods. Our mission is to expand variation of Japanese items.

Q: I have some items I want to purchase that's not on website!
A: Please e-mail us your opinions and suggestions. We are looking forward to hearing from you!

Q: Can you ship outside of US?
A: Unfortunately, we currently only provide services for United States, Hawaii, Guam, Saipan, Canada, and Virgin Islands. Furthermore, there are some items we cannot ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Saipan, and isolated islands. 

Fujisan-us.com will do our utmost best for all customers to be able to utilize our service. If you need any type of service in your country, please let us know via phone or e-mail. We will gladly let you know once we have the aim for initiating service.    

Q: Do you provide gift wrapping?
A: We currently do not provide gift wrapping

Q: Do you have English website?
A: Yes. We are currently working on it. Customers are able to place order by typing in Roman characters. Please recommend to your friends as well.
